Will I receive an order and ship confirmation emails?

Yes, you will receive emails for both order placement and shipment.

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

What if my account information changes?

Please go to your account information page, make the appropriate changes, and save. You have to have setup an account on the Love Pastry Merchandise store to do this.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact Customer Service at 1 866 319 3134. They will assist with getting you the correct replacement and tell you how to return the incorrect product.

How do I track my order

You will receive an email when LovePastry.com receives the order and a second email when it is shipped to you. Your shipment confirmation email will include a delivery confirmation number and a link to track your order. If you have any difficulty, please contact order support 1 866 319 3134.

How do I return a product?

Do orders ship over the weekend?

No. Orders are only shipped Mon – Friday. Orders processed prior to 2:00 EST ship the same day.
